The groundwater found it's way into our basement. Luckily there was a happy hazmat team ready to slurp up the dreaded Di-Hydrogen Oxide. We're quite lucky really that the waters were contained in the rear of the basement and the main things moistened were the various found objects waiting to be turned into art. Oh, and of course a few dozen old bikes, but they have been through worse.
*Update* the water's stopped coming in so we can hope for dryer times!
